I really like your post. I completely agree with your opinion about open learning. From my perspective, having more people who are interested in the course materials has positive impact on students’ learning outcomes. From my perspective, when the students, especially science students, have more opportunities to communicate with people about their understanding and researches, they are likely to have a better understanding about the learning materials. I think the improvement of technology definitely has significant impact on the open learning. Without the Internet, It is very hard for everyone to know the content of the courses.
